Learning

So I’ve been working online now for a little while.  One thing that I’ve found is that learning is something I need to continue to do. I’ve never really been a social person, you start a conversation with me & can keep it going then I will chat with you.  But for me to start chatting with someone & me be the one to keep the conversation going, well let’s just say that’s out of my comfort zone.  But I’m learning at least online that I’ve got to get out of my comfort zone.  Which I sure will help me offline also.

I’ve also by working online been learning new things on the computer & internet.  Take for example using a auto responder, six months ago if you where to have asked me about an auto responder I would have said, auto responder what is that? I had no idea.  But because of working online I’ve learned what an auto responder is, I’m still learning all the ways to use one well.  That’s just part of the learning process thou.  As a good friend of mine say’s “you have to learn crawl before you can walk”.  Well I’m learning how to walk finally..lol..

Learning new things is a good thing.  It keeps the mind working.  Keeps a person from feeling like they’ve been there done that & there’s nothing left for them to do.  Well with the internet learning new things is at the end of your figure tips.  So just start typing & you’ll be learning new things in no time!

Writing has never been something I’m good at.  So learning to blog everyday has sometimes been a challenge.  There have been days I just have no idea of what to blog about, but I’m learning to come up with something.  My husband thinks it good for me to be blogging every day.  Say’s it gets me out of my comfort zone.  If I keep getting out of too many of my comfort zones, I won’t be in any of them hahaahaa

There is so much more I need to learn to be very, very successful online but I’m learning that if I take on too much at one time.  Then I just get frustrated with it all.  So I have to keep the learning to a little every day.  This way I can keep on learning!

If you’re having problems with learning too much at once like I was.  Just remember you don’t have to learn it all in one day or even one week.  Break it up & you will learn what you need too before you know it.

Couponing while Making Money

So fellow couponer’s, I started couponing in Nov of 2009.  I live an hour away from the town that I’m able to do the big couponing at.  My mom & I would go together to shop.  She provided the car & I paid for the gas.  Which at the time wasn’t no $3.50 a gallon!!

I would spend hours printing the coupon’s, clipping the coupon & looking at ad’s to see if the trip would be worth the time to go.  I mean it was a 2 hour round trip plus the time I was spending getting everything ready.  Then the time to go from one store to the other.  We would spend most of the day at first.  Of course as we got familiar with the stores it didn’t take so long.  But still a lot of time spent to save some money.  But at the time is was helping with the Grocery bill’s.
So my mom & I made this hour trip once a week for a little over 2 years.  I was able to save $2358.93.   My mom was able to save $1478.93.  That seems like a lot to save but man was it a lot of work!!  I did the clipping & figuring out if they were good deals, cause my mom just didn’t want anything  to do with that part of it.. so I was doing double the work.  But there really wasn’t much of a return on that work.

So now I would like to tell you about what I’m doing now.  I do still use a few coupons, but only in the town where I live.  So I haven’t given it completely up, but only because I’m cheap.  I mean we’re couponer’s we are cheap, admit it, you know it’s true. LOL

With my work at home business that I do now I make a couple of hundred dollars a day.  I mean when you figure out what I was saving couponing it comes to $84 a month.  Now I’m making $200-$600 a day or at least week.  Yep I think I made the right decision.   Guess what the company I’m working with is cheap to join(you know you love that!!) so if you like to join me & make a lot of money everyday & not have to leave the house.  I will train you how you can make $200-$600 a day.

No more leaving the house to get a good deal!

Soy Candles Making Good Money

I was looking for a work at home business that I could make some extra money with.  I came across Soy candles & the health benefits over paraffin wax candles.

I started making soy candles in 2005.  I figured I would be able to sell them in my small town & at least pay for the candles that I burned. :)  Cause I loved the smell of the candles so much, since their stronger than paraffin wax.  That I burned a lot of them instead of selling them. lol

If I got lucky I thought I would be able to help with the car payment.   Well I've been selling the candles at the local farmers market for about 8 years now.  This last year I even put some in a local store that some friends own.  Well I only made around $100-$150 for the whole year.  That is about the same amount that I’ve made each year since I started selling candles.  So not a lot of profit.

So needless to say that only pay's for the candles that I burn myself.  No help with the car payment at the time.  The car has been paid off since I started making candles, but not because of a work at home business’s.

A little while back I came across an ad for another work at home opportunity.   I mean I've tried others over the years & none of them where as cheap as the one I came across.  I did some research first, asked a lot of questions & decided that I would try it.

Man am I so GLAD I did!!  Now with instead of going to the farmers market from 6 a.m.-12p.m. once a week, April thru October.  Just to earn $100-$150 for the entire year.  I can make 3 times that in one 6 a.m.-12p.m. day.  So I guess I will not be going back to farmers market anymore.  Which is nice, since when my son is in school, Saturday’s are the only day I get to sleep in.  But since I was going to farmer’s market I couldn’t.  :(

I’m expecting over the next few years with my new work at home business that I will be able to purchase our dream home!
